OK so we've just put up our the dates for our last shows. The all ages HARDCORE 2008 will officially be our last show on July 12. We're doing a last all ages Newcastle show the weekend before at the Blackbox on July 5. Our good friends INFECTION (SA) and VALUES HERE (QLD) will be travelling to town for it so come and kick it with us one last time.

We're also organising a bit of a party-come-secret-show on Friday 5 July so these guys have another show while in town. Ask your local scenster for show info the week before...

So we've decided to pull the pin while we're ahead.

We've been through 3 guitarist in nearly as many weeks and there's no-one else who we can see ourselves playing with.

A huge thanks to Shaun "Shitty" Braun for filling in for us on the weekend - he only got to jam the songs with us for an hour and a half before our Adelaide and Melbourne shows.

We'll be finishing our existing tour dates this weekend so come along and kick it with us for a final time. Keep an eye out for an announcement for our final show in the next few weeks.

The 7" pre-orders were shipped this week so all who got in early should have them by now. Copies of the first press are now available through the Resist webstore. If your local store hasn't got them in stock them tell them to order the damn thing - it's distributed through Shock so it's not hard for them to get it. Don't let them tell you it is!.

We've also added another show to the tour. It will be an All Ages show at Switch Skatepark at Port Mac. Kick-off @ 6pm. Supports will be announced soon.

Our new 7" titled Hunting Humans will be in-stores March 29. There will be 100 on fluro green that are only available by pre-ordering through Resist Records. All pre-orders will also come with a poster. Check the Resist site for more info.

We will be on the road to release it in April so check the shows page for dates in your city. We're hoping to add more shows in the coming weeks so keep checking back.

In other news Josh has decided to call it a day with TDW! so our tour van will be hair-striaghtener-free from now on. Our good friend Micky Bones (ex-Case For Jefferson, Dropsaw, Every Word) will be filling-in for our upcoming tour

We're hitting RTN studio this weekend to record our new 7" titled Hunting Humans with the old-school NC maestro Geoff Mullard who has recorded some classic vinyl from FMD, Arms Reach and Conation among others.

It will have 5 new tracks on it and will be released by Resist early in the new year. There'll be the usual limited record-geek bullshit so keep an eye out for pre-orders soon..!

Thanks to all of our friends in Perth for a memorable run of shows (as always!). We're spending the next month or two finishing our new 7" which will be out early 2008 and getting our album ready for release later in '08. We'll be touring it Australia-wide once it hits the streets so our plans to get to VIC, SA and QLD are on hold until then.

We're playing a couple of shows in Newcastle before the year is out - keep an eye out!

OK so here are our return show dates. We're doing an AA show in Newcastle first-up for all of the kids we missed at the start of the year. These shows in Newcastle and Sydney will be with our good friends Bad Blood to release their new album 'Inner Peace Outer Grief' which is a fuckin great SHC album! We'll also be playing the week after at Bar Broadway on September 28.

The first weekend of October we're going to catch up with all of our friends in West Oz for a run of shows. Friday 5th will be at Amplifier Perth, Saturday 6th is at The Prince of Wales Bunbury, and Sunday 7th is All Ages at HQ Perth. More details will be up on the Shows Page as they come to hand.We're looking forward to getting back over there and drinking your pubs dry. Party times ahead!!

OK we've had loads of people asking when we're playing again so here's an update...

We're in the process of booking some dates in September to coincide with the Bad Blood LP launch shows. Looks like we'll be doing a show in Sydney and an All Ages and 18+ show in Newcastle. Should have them finalised in the next week or two.

Also finalising some dates for another trip to West Oz in early October. Keep an eye out for dates soon...

At the moment we're writing for a new album which we plan to record at the end of the year. In the mean time we've got some left over merch we need to get rid of. Will post a bulletin in the next couple of days with designs and sizes - it's gunna be dirt cheap so you'll have to get in quick!!

As most of you know we're takin a break from playing until sometime at the of '07. We're NOT PLAYING with Agnostic Front at the Annandale on 22 April as some advertising has been suggesting.

Don't forget to check out the debut album from Dropsaw that hits stores in the coming weeks. Dammit I'm Missing Limbbbbssssss!!

Shows with Miles Away and Breakeven were rad. We can't wait to get back over to the West Coast and destroy some shit.

We're playing Cambridge Fest on March 2 in Newcastle. We're headlining the Friday night show of the 3 show fest so come along chill out and catch up with us. This will be our last show for a few months as we're taking a break from playing so we can fit some travel into our schedules and begin writing some new material. Party times on March 2 yo...

Welcome to the New Year!

A big thanks to all of our friends who put us up, drove us around, lent us gear, put up with us and had drinks together on the Resist Tour. The shows we played were great. Plenty of good times!

Get along to Disconnect All Ages festival in Newcastle on January 13. We're teaming up with booze-bus buddies Miles Away for a couple of shows in Sydney in early Feb while they record their new album with Lachlan Mitchell. Break Even from West Oz will also be in town for the shows so no doubt you will get to see Maud's junk!

Resist also has it's new webstore up. Check that shit out. That's all the news for now. Blek!

Our shows for the end of '06 Have been added to the shows page. The majority of them are ALL AGES so check that shit out kiddies.

After a year off the RESIST TOUR is back again and this time Oz wide!! We're finally making it back to Adelaide for the Saturday show and playing the Friday night in Melbourne. Make sure you get in early for the Sydney and Newcastle shows as these will be sold out fast. TICKETS ARE CHEAP so you got no excuse!!

IT'S OFFICIAL - OUR LIVERS ARE FUCKED!!
It's been a big few weeks launching our album in Victoria and West Oz. A huge shout out to all the peeps in Melbourne and Perth for lending us gear, giving us a place to stay and having a drink (or 70) with us.

To all of you Sydney folk, we'll see you this weekend for a run of shows in C-Town, Annandale and Penrith. Check the shows page for more info.

We've got more dates beeing finalised in Newcastle, Central Coast and Canberra for November/December so keep checking the shows page for them. Hopefully getting to all other major East Coast cities before the year is out also - we'll keep you posted!

Speaking of the East Coast - in Perth last weekend our East Coast football (soccer!) team aka TDW! killed the West Coast team aka Miles Away. Everyone give them shit for sucking the bag - specially Hoppo the big pussy! The results from the return leg will be up shortly...

Holy Shit! Thanks to Ringworm and Mindsnare for an amazing tour! Props to everyone who put us up for a night or two and putting up with our drunk arses. If you didn't get along to one of the shows you obviously missed some of the shows of the year. Unlucky suckers! Tour photos will be up shortly.

In other news we'll be doing an All Age and Over Age show in Newcastle on August 26 to launch the Album. We'll also be playing some of the Madball shows at the end of September and announcing our national We Prowl The Streets Tour soon. Check the shows page for more info.

RINGWORM TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT!
Resist brings out metalic hardcore legends Ringworm to Australia from July 26 - August 5. The Dead Walk! will be going along for the ride with fellow old men Mindsnare. This has to be the senior citizens' tour of the year but make no mistake it's gunna be violent. If you miss this you may as well kill yourself! Check the shows page for dates.

Finished! Our debut album We Prowl The Streets has been mastered and will be in stores on July 3. We've got two tracks from it on our Myspace for you to check out in the meantime CLICK HERE.
